Arsene Wenger: Says Arsenal's away form has not been the problem this season

The Gunners have been defeated twice on their travels in the Premier League this season and only Manchester City have lost fewer away games.

Wenger believes the difference has been Arsenal's results at Emirates Stadium, while he has also bemoaned the six draws that have left them eighth in the table and 18 points adrift of Manchester United.

"I believe I have a strong team," Wenger said ahead of Monday's trip to the Madejski Stadium to take on Reading.

"If you look at our season at the moment, we have not produced our performances at home, our results away are in the same bracket as the two top teams.

"Manchester United are top of the league. They have lost three games, we have lost four. We had more draws, especially at home, that is where we have lost the points."
