Arsene Wenger's side, who are seeded along with Porto, Napoli, Bayer Leverkusen and Zenit St Petersburg, are one of five teams entering the competition at the final qualifying stage.
They will be joined by the five winners from the non-champions third-qualifying round - Athletic Bilbao, Besiktas, FC Copenhagen, Lille and Standard Liege - who stand in their way of a place in the lucrative group stages.
Scottish champions Celtic will join Arsenal in the draw after Legia Warsaw, who beat them 6-1 on aggregate in the previous round, were thrown out by UEFA for fielding an ineligible player in Wednesday's 2-0 victory at Murrayfield.
England will be represented by Tottenham and Hull in the Europa League while Scotland's interest ended on Thursday evening after Aberdeen and St Johnstone lost out to Real Sociedad and Spartak Trnava respectively.

My My My Deila. Celtic. You lucky lucky b*stards. Now, dont screw it up eh, this IS your season, you'l walk the league, main aim must to be to get out of the group. Not sure if that one player would have influenced a 6-1 reverse too much mind. Talk about a Get Out Of Jail card.- hump3.
