Scott Golbourne: Linked with a move to Wolves

Molineux boss Kenny Jackett is looking to bolster his squad before the close of the transfer window and Golbourne is on his list of targets.

Jackett is in the market to bolster his options down the left side of his defence having allowed Stephen Ward go out on loan to Brighton.

Golbourne, who can play anywhere down the left, has established himself as a key player in the Barnsley side since arriving from Exeter in January 2012.

Barnsley would be reluctant to lose Golbourne with the 25-year-old an ever-present so far this season, but Wolves are ready to test their resolve to keep hold of the former Reading man.
