The defender, who is yet to play this season, has agreed a four-month deal with Rovers' Championship rivals.

Orr was on the fringes of the Blackburn first team last year and had a loan spell at Ipswich.

The full-back joins the likes of Ricardo Fuller, Jack Robinson, Michael Chopra and Steven Davies in signing for Blackpool this summer.
