Tom Ince: Scored his first two goals for England in midweek

Blackpool midfielder Ince scored twice in Tuesday's 4-0 win over Sweden as Stuart Pearce's men continued their preparations for this summer's European U21 Championship in Israel.

Ince has been in fine goalscoring form for Blackpool this season, netting 16 goals and he was delighted to break his duck for England in just his sixth international.

"It is hard when you are scoring at club level and it's not happening for you with the international side," he said. "Sometimes when you haven't scored you can try too hard.

"Breaking my duck can really help me push on.

"I'm really pleased with my performance but the most important thing was the team.

"We have got seven wins on the bounce and no goals conceded - and that is a phenomenal statistic.

"It's a great marker for Israel."
