Belgian midfielder Haroun arrives on a free transfer after leaving Middlesbrough earlier this week.

Republic of Ireland striker Keogh has joined on loan until the end of the season from Millwall.

Caretaker Blackpool boss Barry Ferguson has been scouring the transfer market to bring in new faces and he has snapped up Haroun and Keogh.

The duo are both available to make their debuts in Saturday's clash with Blackburn at Ewood Park.
