The midfielder, 26, spent three years with the Seasiders from 2010 to 2013 after arriving from CSKA Sofia.

He played in the Barclays Premier League and this August returned to that division as he followed boss Ian Holloway to Crystal Palace, for whom he featured just once before being released last month.

Grandin, who will hope to add to the 44 appearances he has already made for the Tangerines, featured in a practice match on Tuesday and will go into the squad to face Nottingham Forest this weekend.
