This bloke is playing his career very carefully and I assume he is being lead all the way by his Dad. Good luck to him, he is not jumping for the first big club and inevitably sitting on the bench week after week. He is doing what a lot of players in the past should have done and paying his dues then hopefully with a couple more years behind him make a move to a big club. Not just jump for the first big club. Remember Scott Parker leaving Charlton for Chelsea. I hardly remember him playing for about 8 years of his career Steve
