Lawrence & Freedman: Joined by Fleming at the Reebok

The former Middlesbrough defender links up with Dougie Freedman and assistant Lennie Lawrence, having worked with the pair at Crystal Palace.

Lawrence moved north earlier this month and Fleming has followed after Ian Holloway was confirmed as the new Palace manager.

A Palace statement read: "The board would like to put on record their thanks to Curtis for his hard work, firstly as development coach and latterly as first team coach and would like to wish him well for the future."
