The 19-year-old has agreed a one-month loan deal with the League Two club and will go straight into the Spireites squad for their game at Bristol Rovers on Saturday.

Seagulls boss Gus Poyet recently praised Dickenson and admitted a loan spell away from the Falmer Stadium would be good for his development.

Dickenson joined Brighton in January 2012 from Dorchester and has featured regularly for their development squad but is yet to make his first-team bow. However, he was an unused substitute for Albion's Capital One Cup tie at Swindon in August.
