The Seagulls had chances to win the game but wasteful finishing again let them down in front of a record crowd of 26,684 at a rain-soaked Amex Stadium.
"The disappointment was there. I am getting bored at listening to myself," the Uruguayan said.
"The first half was nearly perfect apart from scoring. It's up to us. If we do what we have to, we'll win games.
"With the amount of points we have lost... we shouldn't be in this position.
"Imagine if football was fair. But it's about how many goals you score. We've got a magnificent chance to be in the top six if we win.
"We don't want there to be any excuses or dramas - we just need to score and
finish games. We need to stop making excuses and win games."
