Charlie Austin: Cannot stop scoring this season

Austin netted his 21st goal of a phenomenal season to date when he opened the scoring in the Clarets' 1-1 midweek draw with Barnsley.

His fourth-minute header at Oakwell ended a three-game run without a goal and Dyche believes this run being viewed as a relative drought demonstrates the scale of the 23-year-old's achievements.

"We know he is a threat and potent in the penalty area - he's a great threat to have," said the former Watford chief.

"Three games without scoring and it's been called a drought, (it) is incredible.

"He just keeps getting in there and he has got that knack and desire. If you go in the six-yard box enough you're going to score goals, no matter who you are."
