The 23-year-old has agreed a deal with the Highland outfit until the end of the season.

Kiss will go straight into Saturday's squad for the Scottish Premiership clash at Partick Thistle.

He is County's fourth January signing after the arrivals of Jordan Slew, Evangelos Oikonomou and Michael Tidser in Dingwall.

Kiss made 33 appearances in his debut season at Cardiff after joining on loan from Slovan Bratislava but has not made a first-team appearance since the 2-1 FA Cup defeat at Macclesfield last January.

I

do concede though, that getting rid of Luiz has made them less entertaining. In the same way that driving with both eyes open is less exciting, but probably a good idea.
