The 25-year-old Austrian international midfielder, who joins from Rapid Wien for an undisclosed fee, has penned a three-year deal with the Bluebirds having scored 12 times in 35 appearances this season.

"I've followed Cardiff in the Premier League last season and I'm very proud and honoured to be given the chance to wear the Cardiff City jersey - I'm a big admirer of the passion of the fans here."
