The Hoops thrashed Dundee United 6-2 at Parkhead on Saturday to go 18 points clear of Motherwell at the top of the table.
With games coming thick and fast for the champions, both domestically and in Europe, Neil Lennon's men could extend that lead when they take on St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park on Tuesday night.
Asked if it was now a matter of formally completing an inevitable title win, the former Nottingham Forest defender said: "I think so yes, especially with the lead we have built up.
"I thought we were brilliant against Dundee United, they are a good side so it was a great result for us.
"I think it works out that if we win the games it could be the end of March (when title is won), so it makes sense to try to achieve that as soon as possible.
"I would have three games a week, let's get them all in.
"When there are games you don't train much, just prepare for games and when they come so fast, you tick them off and tick them off.
"It's tiring but good. St Johnstone are a good side, good going forward and so it will be interesting and it is always a tough battle with the striker (Gregory) Tade, so it will be a good challenge."
Manager Neil Lennon, who will be once again without Scott Brown (abductor) and defender Mikael Lustig (thigh), insists complacency will not be a problem for his side as the season enters the final stages.
He said: "We want to keep the run going.
"There have been no signs of complacency, we have our targets to reach and some players might have some individual targets so we are pretty focused."
Saints beat Celtic 2-1 at McDiarmid Park in September and while they lost 5-0 when the two sides met in the Scottish Communities League Cup quarter-final at Parkhead the following month, Steve Lomas's men grabbed a 1-1 draw in the SPL when they returned to the east end of Glasgow in November.
However, the McDiarmid Park boss will not reflect too long on the four points won against the Hoops.
Lomas said: "We are not looking at it like that, we are looking at playing a very good Celtic team.
"They have players like Gary Hooper, Kris Commons, Joe Ledley, Victor Wanyama, Anthony Stokes - the list is endless.
"We will go into the game massive underdogs and it will take another mammoth effort from everyone if we are to get anything.
"When you play the Old Firm you have got to be at your maximum.
"You have to be disciplined, be brave in and out of possession, have a little bit of luck and take your chances when they come along.
"If Celtic get their noses in front then it is very difficult. They bounced back from the Juventus defeat to thrash Dundee United and they can do that against anybody on their day.
"But we are one of eight or nine teams who want to be up there behind them and we are looking forward to the game."
