The duo combined to help clinch all three points in Saturday's 3-0 victory over Cardiff - a fourth successive victory for resurgent Town.
Martin's brace made it three goals in four games for the midfielder while Chopra chipped in with the other to record his fifth in the same period, including matchwinners against Coventry and Portsmouth.
"Lee and Chops are linking up well and are both looking really sharp," Jewell told the club's official website. "Chops has found his feet in front of goal again and Lee is playing with a lot of energy, but I can say that about all the lads.
"I have been impressed with our defending recently, which has been epitomised by the likes of Lee, Chops and Daryl Murphy defending from the front and closing people down."
