Dougie Freedman: Impressed by Adam Bogdan

Bogdan and his opposite number Kasper Schmeichel both pulled off a series of high-quality saves in an entertaining game that belied the scoreline.

"It was a great game of football with great moments of attacking play and even better defending," said the former Crystal Palace boss.

"The defence has been something that hasn't being great here previously and over the time I've been here it seems to have improved dramatically.

"I didn't think that they deserved to win the game but they did create plenty of chances.

"Luckily for us though Adam showed how good of a young goalkeeper he is to get a clean sheet for us.

"I've learnt that these players have shown their willingness to stop the ball from going into the back of the net.

"We worked very hard for that result tonight and we won't have to work as hard as that to win some games."
