Stephen McPhail: Available for selection

The Irishman has not featured since the opening day Capital One Cup defeat to Northampton due to a hamstring injury but is ready for a return to action after being a regular for Cardiff's development side.

"I'm fit now to be fair," he told the South Wales Echo. "I have played six or seven games with the development team so hopefully I will be involved at some point.

"It's good. I spoke with the gaffer a couple of days ago about the situation.

"Obviously the boys are playing really well and there's some good young boys who are doing well. But if needed, I'm looking forward to playing."

McPhail has made over 200 appearances for the club since moving from Barnsley in 2006.
