Will Buckley limped off after 15 minutes of the draw with Leicester and his replacement, Kazenga LuaLua, was also struggling towards the end.

"We lost Bucca early so we had to change him and we nearly lost Kazenga, that is why he was not starting," said Poyet.

"We need to wait and see what's going to happen with Buckley and Kazenga but it's not a coincidence, there have been a lot of studies about this sort of thing.

"If we can train and play on the same sort of surface, with the same weather, that will help.

"We have had to train on really wet ground one day, the next morning it's frozen then the next morning we are on the Amex pitch which is completely different. The players pay the price.

"Until we get to the training ground, where we have two pitches similar to the Amex pitch, I think it will be difficult for us."

ooray! We are all excited now, we beat a very mediocre team! With all due respect to WHU supporters, not winning that game shouldn't even be a consideration. This is the problem, there is no winning mentality at the Emirates - we're all congratulating ourselves beating a team that we have a winning record against.

s this meant to be an aspiration for United supporters? Moyes mediocrity strikes again. I see the Bayern boys don't want to sign for him, and his reputation amongst the senior European coaches make other key signings unlikely.
