A disappointing crowd of 23,766 turned up for Leeds' televised home derby draw with Sheffield Wednesday earlier this month, but both Brian McDermott's side and QPR are unbeaten in the Sky Bet Championship this season and, with a place at the top of the table at stake, Nooruddin is hoping for an improved turn-out.

"Saturday will be a fantastic occasion," Nooruddin told the club's official website.

"We have made a good start to the season and the chance to go top of the table, even if it is only for a few hours, is a huge incentive for everyone.

"The game is televised and we know there will be a worldwide audience watching, but we would urge as many Leeds fans as possible to come down to Elland Road and get behind the team and show everyone what this club is all about when we come together.

"The atmosphere generated at the Brighton game on the opening day played no small part in helping the team secure that win."

Nooruddin added: "People have told me about previous seasons of success, and how the support was a major factor. Just think how much a full Elland Road can help the team.

"This is our last home game for a good few weeks now and this is a great opportunity for what could be a great send off with the international break coming up."
