Rush has vowed to reciprocate the gesture after voicing his disappointment at the Reds' decision to cut the amount of tickets Derby will receive for the eagerly-anticipated forthcoming clash at the City Ground.

The Rams will receive just 2,002 tickets for the televised Sky Bet Championship game on September 28, down from 4,100 for the same fixture last season.

After seeing his club's allocation halved, Rush has vowed to retaliate when Forest visit Pride Park on March 22 next year.

Rush said there was "an expectation from our support base" that Derby should review the amount of tickets they allow Forest for the reverse fixture, adding that "fans can rest assured the Forest allocation will be reduced."
