Rhoys Wiggins: Back from injury to boost Charlton's ranks

Rhoys Wiggins: Back from injury to boost Charlton's ranks

Full-back Wiggins has been sidelined since suffering multiple fractured metatarsals against his former club Crystal Palace in mid-September.

But he is now back in training and has played two reserve matches as he bids to get back up to speed for the second half of the season.

"He's doing well, he had a couple of false dawns with his comeback but now he's in a really good place," said Powell.

"He's had no reaction to the two games he has played, he's been training with us which is a real positive.

"I still think he's got some way to go but it's good to have him back, it's like a new signing for me."
