The FA charged both clubs following an incident towards the end of Town's 1-0 Sky Bet Championship win at The Valley, when players from both teams squared up to each other.

An FA statement read: "The charge is in relation to an incident which occurred in or around the 90th minute of the fixture between the two sides on Saturday November 30."

The clubs have until 6pm on Thursday to respond but Charlton have already confirmed they will not be appealing.
