The Kent-born 20-year-old, who initially moved to the Priestfield Stadium on transfer deadline day, has agreed a month-long extension to his deal.

Pigott has made three appearances for the Gills and scored on his first start in the victory over Carlisle on February 8.

He will be available for Saturday's trip to Bristol City through to the clash with MK Dons on Tuesday, March 25.
