Saturday's 3-0 defeat at Leicester proved costly in more ways than one after defender Michael Morrison, midfielder Jordan Cousins and striker Simon Church all picked up knocks.

"I was forced to change Jordan Cousins, he got a knock in the first half," said Powell.

"And then Simon Church got a knock but he had to stay on.

"When things are going against you that happens but fortunately for us we've got seven days to clear those up before we play in what I call a bonus game for us in the cup."

I

think all those names linked to United exits make sense. Kagawa has never really looked like hitting the form he had at Dortmund and Fellaini is radioactive after last season (even though I think he's been unfairly singled out for criticism). Nani and Anderson have had more than their fair share of chances so they are done, and Hernandez deserves better than warming a bench.
