The title and relegation battles may be settled, but it is all still to play for in the fight to secure a top-four finish. Arsenal are favourites to record a victory at Newcastle which will see them secure Champions League football next season, while Tottenham are odds-on to keep up the pressure by beating Sunderland.

Wayne Rooney might've had a bad week, but Degsy reckons he could round it off by scoring...if he plays. A safer bet is United to beat Chelsea at close to evens...
m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.
afa has to be favourite for the Everton job now, surely :) He'll realise his ambition to live and work on Merseyside again, get the best out of whoever plays for them, maybe win some cups and be thoroughly loathed by the toffee fans. What's not to like? Go ead, Ken, gimajob!
hat is arguably the least inspiring England I have ever seen. There is not a single name in that list that makes me think I might actually want to watch this team. Not a one.

Fair play, you've had a great week - but I'd love to know what kind of stakes you back your own selections to, and do you even back them all yourself? I can't imagine someone backing a 10/1 shot to the same stake as a 5/6 shot - especially after you basically said Man Utd were your nap. In future, could you do a staking plan (e.g. points) to give us an idea of how strongly you fancy your tip? Maybe have a runnig profit & loss section, too?

@sir mince-a-lot - you can't really look past Chelsea and Lampard when it comes to getting a lot of penalties. This season we only got 1 penalty- against Norwich in the league cup and Dempsey missed that one.

I'm not so sure about the Man U win. I have absolutely no doubt Fergie will have them up for the game, but as ridiculous as it sounds can you be TOO up for a game and lose focus?

I can't remember the last time we had a penalty. I'd be interested to see some stats on number of penalties awarded over the course of 3 seasons. Fairly certain we'd be way down the list. City stick in my mind as a team that get a lot of penalties.
