Craven Cottage: Fulham will play host to Chelsea on April 17

The original match between the west London rivals was postponed on March 10 due to the Blues' FA Cup quarter-final tie against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

That game finished 2-2 and a replay will take place on Easter Monday, with the victors facing a semi-final date with Manchester City.

Fulham drew 0-0 with Chelsea when they visited Stamford Bridge for the reverse fixture in November.
