Wednesday morning newspapers claimed that the midfielder has agreed to extend his deal until the summer of 2014, although Chelsea have refused to comment.

But Lampard only wants to focus on Chelsea's Europa League final against Benfica at the Amsterdam ArenaA, just days after becoming the club's all-time leading goalscorer.

When asked at the pre-match press conference about his future Lampard said: "I don't know what it holds exactly, but it doesn't matter. It's about winning the game.

"All of us here want to win this for Chelsea."

Lampard had been heavily linked with a move to Major League Soccer with the Los Angeles Galaxy, and could still pursue a career across the Atlantic.
