PL reveals under-21 plans

The Premier League has unveiled plans for a new under-21 league involving clubs from England and across Europe.

If there is to be an international U21 league of some sort; I only hope that the qualification criteria are fair and not made to favour "big" clubs or those competing in the Champions League etc...

LFC elected not to take part probably because they are in the u-19 Champions League (along with Barca, Real, Bayern, etc) and feel it's not worth both. But interesting that a couple of teams (Chelsea, City) have gone for both. Will be interesting to see which gets the most buy in from clubs and FAs etc.
