Jake Buxton: Looking for home advantage

The Rams have suffered back-to-back defeats on the road in trips to Millwall and Crystal Palace and Buxton is now targeting a return to form as they prepare for successive home ties.

Nigel Clough's side host Birmingham on Saturday before welcoming high-flying Cardiff in midweek.

"We will pick ourselves up; we have got plenty more teams to play and there are plenty more points up for grabs," Buxton said.

"It is nice for us to be back at Pride Park, but it is also nice for the supporters as well. The fans were fantastic at Millwall, Selhurst Park on Saturday and Peterborough away as well.

"So it is nice to be back at home for us and the fans. They can get right behind us, roar us on and it is an opportunity for the lads to put things right."
