Samuel Eto'o: Cameroon striker has more to his game than just goals says Anz

The Cameroon superstar has not scored in four games since the Russian Premier League game against Spartak Moscow on October 7.

He missed out when Anzhi visited Anfield in the Europa League but has the chance to make amends in the return fixture against Liverpool on Thursday.

The 31-year-old has hit the net nine times in all competitions for Anzhi this season, but their assistant coach Zeljko Petrovic feels that the former Barcelona and Inter player has more to his game than just goals.

"If he don't score in the last few games, maybe he scores tomorrow," said Petrovic.

"He's the most important player for Anzhi. If Eto'o plays it's important not just to score the goals but because he gave two fantastic assists in last game."
