Sporting events are being moved away from Tel Aviv due to the unrest

The Israeli city was hit by a bus bomb on Wednesday morning and the authorities have told the Spanish side not to fly out.

Initial reports suggest the game will now be played in a week's time on 29 November at Haifa's Kiryat Eliezer Stadium.

The clash is not the only sporting event to be affected by the situation - with UEFA asking England to stand by to host next month's U21 European Championship if the trouble continues to escalate.

The European Olympic Committee have moved next month's general assembly and executive committee meeting from Israel to Italy due to the unrest, with several representatives refusing to travel to Eilat.
