get the Greeks to sort this one out, they did a decent job banning a player for a nazi salute, maybe their no tolerence stance could actually rub off on UEFA/FIFA........

Triangler (Liverpool) says...

So UEFA have charged them. Is that not the job of the police? Criminal matters should be dealt with by the criminal authorities. If UEFA want to add their own punishment then fair enough but the first thing they should be doing is making a complaint to the local police.

pseudoelite (Liverpool) says...

Time for everyone's favorite show: slap on the wrist European edition. Until the UEFA/FIFA start enforcing serious consequences to racism nothing will change. How teams from Russia are even allowed to play in European competitions just speak volumes to how little they really care about the issue, all bluster and no action.
