The 19-year-old winger is on a season-long loan from Barcelona, but most of his appearances have been limited to the Capital One Cup.

But Deulofeu insists he is happy to bide his time and told the Liverpool Echo: "I have played a little less than in Spain, but I am happy there, getting involved little by little.

"I am working every day and for that, everything arrives. If you work hard, you'll get your reward.

"Every game in the Premier League is very nice. There are differences with the Spanish League, of course, but it is football. I'm very happy with the experience."
