Great list, for me Zoltan Gera has always been an opitimising figure of 'how on earth is he still getting paid?!', but he finally put that to bed by moving on from WBA very recently.

Of the very few who have survived the cull at Fulham precious little if anything has been seen of Maarten Stekelenburg or Dan Burn Radallega on his way out, Ruiz yet to appear and I don't know the names of most of the others!

van Ginkel probably would have been an integral part of our midfield last season if not for his season ending injury, so I don't see him as 'the forgotten man' at Chelsea. He was a good signing for us, if he hadn't got injured then we probably wouldn't have signed Matic.
