The massive sleeping bag, the professorial benevolence - we've all seen thousands of Arsene Wenger interviews over the years. He neither roisters nor doisters...

I loved the 'Pundits on TV' reviews and didn't think they could be topped however I could be wrong. Re. Wenger, I loved this line: 'vulture-like quality as he looks down at his interviewer with a weary pity', sums him up pretty well. Always has an aura of gravitas when being interviewed. Keep it up fellas, looking forward to the rest of the series.

Funny, accurate with a touch of fondness. Top work chaps.

One of the worst losers in football, and I love him for it. It's brilliant when he gets a little bit fighty. Top manager, top man. Doesn't get it right 100% of the time, but has earned the right to have people shut up and listen when he speaks.

@Slaphead: It was all part of the fun though. Remember when he banned MUTV, which was supposed to be his own personal mouthpiece, from speaking to him? Glorious shennanigans.

Another fun series by Johnny and Alan, I just wish you'd done this when Sir Alex was still in a job though.

Has always seemed like a true gentleman. When I got a tour of the Emirates you could see how much everyone who works there admires him.

I'm not an Arsenal fan, but I'm a huge Wenger admirer. About 10 years ago I wrote a letter to him on behalf of my Japanese friend, whose father had just died and is a Wenger fan. Arsene wrote back with a personal letter, signed photo and an invitation to watch a game should he be in London. And he came good on that about a year later. Pure class.

And, despite the criticism, he has always fulfilled his media duties (except when banned or ill) - unlike some other managers who storm off in a huff if they don't get things their own way (clue: he's got a red nose and used to manage Manchester United).
