Two goals from Shaun Williams combined with efforts from James O'Shea, Dean Bowditch, Dele Ali and Adam Chicksen set up a first-ever clash with the Dons' London namesakes at stadium:mk.

"Now the greatest cup competition in the world has created a very historic moment in round two - I cannot wait," said Robinson after his side's 6-1 first-round replay win over City on Tuesday night.

"People will have their grievances, people will have anger, the new generation of fans will be excited but we've got to make sure we conduct ourselves in the right way in the meantime.

"I can't worry about what other people think, we're looking forward to it - there's a group of players in there who are looking forward to it.

"I did hear the Wimbledon manager come out with a statement that his dressing room are excited by it. This is a wonderful stadium that was built for big days, and I'm sure that will be one."
