Well one of them is already sewn up. Good chance to win the FA Cup but I think the Champions League is too much to ask for this Utd team. Having said that, anything is possible with RVP and Rooney upfront....

@Harry> Yes we would get crushed by Barca again as we just don't match up well against them. However someone else might beat them and we match up well against most other teams.Inter and Chelsea have beaten them in years past so its possible they don't make the finals.

Seems we would have to do it the hard way in the FA cup as well. We get Chelsea next (assuming we win later today).

Basically if your in a competition and don't believe in your chances of winning it, your wasting your time. SAF believes he can win everything and its why his team believes the same. Its probably why they have that winning mentality.

In the end they will end up facing Barcelona - where nothing could possib-lie go wrong.

I don't see it happening myself, but you never know. Stranger things have happened. I'd settle for the league, but it would be nice to win the FA Cup. The CL is distantly. We could knock Madrid out, but would you fancy us against Barca in another final? I wouldn't. We got beaten in 2009, and hammered in 2011. We didn't get close.

If a manager of a top club told his players anything other than that he expected them to go all the way in all competitions he'd be Arsene Wenger.

you gotta love these "stories". Manager tells team he wants them to try hard to win all the competitions in which they're competing. No! Really? Wow. Stop the press.

United are still in all three competitions so why not?

m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.

hat is arguably the least inspiring England I have ever seen. There is not a single name in that list that makes me think I might actually want to watch this team. Not a one.
