Midfield duo James McCarthy and Jordi Gomez have both been given the all-clear to take on the Lions after picking up knocks in Sunday's 1-1 draw at QPR.

Martinez told the Evening Post: "Everyone is fit and raring to go as you can well imagine.

"Jordi has a couple of scratches on his head from the incident that saw Bobby Zamora sent off at QPR.

"He also had a really nasty challenge on his ankle in the second half, which fortunately didn't do too much damage.

"I don't expect him to be out for any length of time - and that is what tends to happen in Wembley week.

"Any bump or bruise that would ordinarily have caused a problem mysteriously disappears for some reason."
