Hoping Bale Makes A Real Move...

If he must leave Tottenham - and any offers north of £50m would probably give Spurs no choice - then we'd like him to brave the continent and join Real Madrid, thanks...

rhysmanc, try looking at what has actually happened over the last few years eh? Rather than the usual Manc "we want him so we'll buy him" arrogance as things have changed, do you really think you have upwards of £50m? Oh and its not ABU, its called supporting your own team.......

My question would be that assuming Real aren't selling Ronaldo, do him and Bale really fit into the same team, currently they bth like to occupy that 'coming in from a nominal wide left' position.

Some ABU Spurs fans could end up looking very silly about this when/if he lines up at Old Trafford in couple of years... never say never boys.

@redgenesis Chelsea paid £50m so that was his valuation. if you want to judge Bales value on other factors then refer to @iheke's comments below. I agree with him that his value far exceeds £50m and there is not a hope in hell og Utd getting him. They'll be an agreement with Bale that he can leave when he wants as long as it's not a Premier League rival. I'm absolutely certain that he'll be at spurs next season and possibly one more after that.

I really like Bale cant believe he is the same player that when he first joined Spurs didnt win in 20 odd games he played in. Now he is the main man and at the mo Spurs would be a complete different side without him. I think he will stay at Spurs as he prob wants CL football which i think Spurs will give him next year. He might start debating his future with Spurs if they dont get it. Maybe Arry will try and sign him if QPR stay up!

redgenesis, why is the most obvious destination Man U? You are working on the assumption that a) you could afford him and b) Levy would sell him to you? As was shown with Modric neither of these is true, particularly after Carrick and Berbatov and we're a much different club now.
