The 21-year-old Finn has agreed a one-month deal with the Railwaymen and goes straight into Steve Davis' squad for Tuesday night's League One clash at Doncaster.

Dalla Valle spent time at Inter Milan and Liverpool during his formative years before joining the Cottagers in 2010.

He enjoyed loan spells with Dundee and Exeter last term having played for Bournemouth the previous season.

Last season we were worried that we were stuck with a Dinosaur in Moyes while Liverpool and Everton were disappearing into the distance with their young, spritely managerts, playing football from heaven.
