John McGlynn: We thought his foot was in a place where it probably shouldn't

Randolph caught Callum Paterson with his leg as he collected a high ball in the early exchanges but referee Crawford Allan deemed the challenge not worthy of a card of any description.

McGlynn said: "We thought his foot was in a place where it probably shouldn't have been, to be honest.

"I don't think the boy was being malicious about it but it could have ended up worse than it actually was. I think he maybe got lucky.

"I haven't seen it again, but that's how I saw it. I think his leg seemed to go in an unnatural position.

"I think Callum has actually passed the boy's knee. I think it was his trailing foot. He had a sore head at half-time and took painkillers."

m absolutely disgusted that I've been misquoted in saying that if a chance came up to join Arsenal I would be interested. What I meant to say is if Man United or Chelsea were interested......
