Hammill, who is now due to return to parent club Wolves, struck in injury time to cancel out Callum Reilly's effort - and Grayson is keen to extend his stay with the Terriers.

Grayson said afterwards: "I have not spoken to (Wolves boss) Dean Saunders at Wolves about Adam Hammill yet. I will speak to him after the weekend and see what he wants to do.

"If that is his last action for Huddersfield then it is a brilliant way to go out. He kept the ball alive and had three players around him. It was a fantastic goal.

"We have an honest bunch of players out there. They will make mistakes, but they are honest and will keep working very hard. That is another very valuable point for us."

m a big Rafa fan, but when he substitutes Ronaldo after 60 minutes of his first game, which Real draw 1-1, I don't see the Real fans being patient. He'll be gone before October is out.
