Kallum Higginbotham is the latest to head through the exits at the John Smith's Stadium, with the forward having linked up with Partick Thistle on loan.

Jordan Sinnot and Chris Atkinson have also been allowed to leave on short-term deals - to Bury and Tranmere Rovers respectively - freeing up space in the Terriers' ranks.

Robins is, however, keen to point out that there is no guarantee that fresh faces will now be drafted in.

He admits the club are looking for potential recruits, but concedes they may also be moving a few more younger professionals out in an effort to get them important minutes game time.

Robins added: "Some of them need to be playing regular games.

"Kallum going doesn't necessarily mean another playing coming in.

"We're always looking, but there's nothing immediate in the pipeline. However, it's a fluid situation."
