The 19-year-old has made four first-team appearances for the npower Championship side and had a spell on loan at York earlier in the season.

Taylor told United's official website: "I'm looking forward to it. Inverness are doing well in the league and it should be a good experience, and hopefully an opportunity to play regular football.

"Quite a few of the lads here have been out on loans this season and it's all part of the learning curve."
