Gerard Pique: Back after foot injury

Barcelona defender Gerard Pique has been given the green light to return to action after injury and has been included in the Catalan side's squad for this week's Champions League trip to Glasgow to face Celtic.

Pique has not played since suffering a foot injury against Spartak Moscow on September 19 but is now available again for coach Tito Vilanova, who has included the Spain international in a 20-man squad for Wednesday's clash at Celtic Park.

Pique's central defensive partner Carles Puyol is still missing through injury though, as are Adriano and Thiago Alcantara, while Sergio Busquets is suspended.

Barca have won all three of their Champions League games so far, leaving them top of Group G on nine points, five clear of second-placed Celtic.
