Stuckmann joined North End in November, marking his debut with a pair of penalty saves in a shoot-out victory over Rochdale in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, and has gone on to become a firm favourite with the Deepdale faithful over the course of 30 appearances.

The 31-year-old also scooped the Players' Player of the Year award after finding favour among his team-mates

Winger Danny Mayor was named Young Player of the Year and also collected the Goal of the Season gong for his strike against Hartlepool that earned Graham Westley his first win as Preston manager.
