Matching the Blades' result will see Wednesday return to the Championship after a two-year absence and Jones knows the rewards are huge.
"I can't ask any more from them than what they have done except for one more victory which will give them a life-changing experience," he said.
"That is what it's all about. You want to win things and be successful and it doesn't matter which division you go up from, it is life-changing for them."
