Lee made history at the club's awards evening on Sunday as it is the first time that feat has been achieved by a Chesterfield player.

The 26-year-old also collected the awards for the players' player of the year and the young Spireites player of the year.

The annual event was held at the b2net Stadium and saw an emotional farewell to Chesterfield chairman Barrie Hubbard who was making his last public appearance in the role after his involvement at board level for most of the last 29 years.
