Robins: Extremely delighted

Goals from on-loan strikers David McGoldrick and Callum Ball, an own goal from Jamal Fyfield and left-back Chris Hussey's surging effort saw off York 4-0 at Bootham Crescent as the resurgent Sky Blues extended their unbeaten run to four matches.

"I'm delighted because we played very well," Robins said. "We played better in the second half and moved the ball really well and worked a lot harder. In the end we created four chances and we've taken them all.

"It's all looking good at the moment, we've got a tough game coming up at Swindon on Saturday, but we'll enjoy this win first. It was a tough game because York are a very good side and they have some real pace in the team, which caused us a lot of problems in the first half.

"They were only playing one up front for the majority of the game until they went with two up front towards the end. They changed their shape when we went two up but we've coped with everything really well. I'm absolutely delighted.

"We will now see who we get in the draw, but we do go to win every game. As far as looking beyond the next game, I don't do it."

m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.
